Santa Doom Kart

Santa Doom Kart is a multiplayer game for android and windows where players need to fight eachother by drivng around and gathering powerups to get points and to defend theirselves.

This game is made in Unity engine. I worked on this game together with another programmer called Jeremy Campen. We were both interns at the company Yunify. We got the task to make a game for the staff since christmas holidays were coming up and they wanted to have a game where co-workers can play against eachother. So we made a player versus player christmas themed game. The models were delivered by artists at the company.

The game works online and is aimed at android, but later we also added a windows version. Crossplay is possible in the game. the player can enter his/her name and then be added to the first found open lobby. A lobby can carry 8 players. Players can choose different cars. When in the game the player can grab powers ups to attack other players or defend theirself. A player has 5 hearts. When they player loses all 5 hearts he/she will die and respawn while the one who killed the other gets a point. Points are added up and will be shown at the end of the game to see who won.
